多脉冲自耦变压整流器性能实验研究

摘要 多电飞机在民用客机的广泛应用对电能质量提出了严格要求,降低机载交流电网的谐波含量成为研究的热点。多脉冲变压整流器因其具有结构简单、可靠性高和效率高等优点,已被广泛应用于航空领域。在详细.分析电路拓扑和工作原理的基础上,结合滤波和软起动技术,设计开发了一台12 kW的18脉冲自耦变压整流器(ATRU)的实验样机,进行ATRU性能仿真及实验分析。实验表明,D型非对称18脉冲ATRU能有效降低输入电流谐波,使输入电流总畸变率小于10%,减小电压输出脉动,效率达95%以上。进而验证了ATRU技术指标符合国军标的规定要求,为将来更好地应用于飞机提供研究基础。 The widely use of more-electric aircraft in civil aircraft raises strict requirements for power quality.Reducing the harmonic content of airborne AC power grid has become more focusing.The simple structure and high reliability of the multi-pulse rectifier resulted the widely use of it in the aerospace area.After performance simulation and analysis,combinat filtering and soft-start technology,a 12 kW of 18-pulse auto-transformer rectifier unit(ATRU) is developed which based on specific analysis of circuit topology structure and working principle.Test result show that effective deduction has achieved on input current harmonic and output voltage ripple.The ATRU efficiency has reached95% above,the input current distortion rate reaches no more than 10%.Therefore proves that ATRU complies the national military standard to be better applied on aircrafts in the future.
