人力资本、社会资本与农户创业选择——基于CFPS2018数据的实证研究

Human Capital,Social Capital and Farmers'Entrepreneurial Choice:an Empirical Analysis Based on CFPS 2018 Data

利用2018年CFPS 6,464份农户微观数据,运用Logit模型分析了人力资本、社会资本对农户创业选择的影响。研究表明:农户的教育水平与健康状况对创业选择具有显著的正向影响;人情礼支出与组织成员对创业同样具有显著的正向影响;相较于东中部地区,人力资本和社会资本对西部地区农户创业的作用更大;同时相较于不同年份,人力资本和社会资本同样对农户创业有显著的正向促进作用。因此,建议要加大农村教育投入;改善农户健康状况;注重农户社会资本积累。

Based on the micro-data of 6464 rural households in the 2018 CFPS,the Logit Model is used to analyze the impact of human capital and social capital on farmers'entrepreneurial choice.The empirical results show that the farmers'education level and health status have significant positive influence on their entrepreneurial choice.The expenditure of human gifts and organizational membership also have significant positive effects on the entrepreneurship choice of farmers.Compared with the east-central regions,the human capital and social capital play a more important role in the western regions.Compared with different years,the human capital and social capital also have a significant positive role in promoting the entrepreneurship of farmers.So it is suggested to increase investment in rural education;to improve the health of farmers;to pay attention to the accumulation of social capital of rural households.
