全民参保背景下安徽省社会保险参保现状、问题和对策——以安徽省A市为例

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Social Insurance Under the Background of Universal Coverage:Taking City A in Anhui Province as an Example

文章通过对安徽省A市社会保险参保人员结构梳理,客观分析了推进全民参保过程中政策制度、参保意识、服务管理等方面存在的问题,从完善社会保险政策与用工领域信用体系、加大征缴工作力度、健全公共服务机制等方面提出解决问题的策略。

Based on the analysis of the structure of social insurance participants in a city in Anhui Province,this paper objectively analyzes the problems existing in policy system,insurance awareness,service management and other aspects in the process of promoting universal participation,and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems from the aspects of improving the social insurance policy and credit system in the employment field,increasing the collection work,and improving the public service mechanism.
