摘要
将BIM技术应用于数字造价管理是行业发展的趋势,工程量是工程造价信息化工作的基础之一,目前利用Revit建模进行工程量的计算已经成为必要的技术手段,目前BIM算量有三种不同的技术路径,在Revit模型提取构件几何尺寸利用算量插件按规则算量适应于BIM正向设计的要求,应用晨曦BIM算量软件通过工程算量的实例,分析利用算量插件提取构件几何尺寸按规则算量,可以实现“一模多用”的建筑信息化管理目标技术优势。
The application of BIM technology in digital cost management is the trend of industry development,and engineering quantity is one of the bases of engineering cost informationization.Nowadays,using Revit model has become a necessary technical methods to calculate engineering quantities.There are three different technical paths for BIM calculation.The Revit model is used to extract the geometric dimensions of components and calculate the engineering quantities according to the rules by using the calculation plug-into,which adapt to the requirements of BIM top-down design.Through the example of engineering quantities,applying ChenXi BIM quantity software,analyzing and utilizing the calculation plug-in to extract the geometric dimensions of components and calculate the quantities according to the rules,can realize the"one model multi-purpose"building information management target and technology advantage.
