刚性聚丙烯纤维用于透水混凝土路面砖的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于透水混凝土路面砖能有效地将降水渗透到土层,补充地下水源,因此在路面铺装中得到了广泛应用。但因其配料中粗骨料级配单一,成品的孔隙较大,而使它的力学性能有所降低。鉴于此,我们提出将具有优良力学特性的刚性聚丙烯纤维掺入透水混凝土路面砖配料中以改善其力学性能,并用试验验证了该方法的可行性,总结了搅拌方式、粗骨料的种类及粒径、纤维掺量、纤维长度对透水混凝土路面砖的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、透水系数的影响规律。所得结论可为实际产品生产提供参考。 Because pervious concrete pavement bricks can effectively infiltrate the precipitation into the soil layer and supplement the groundwater source,they have been widely used in paving.But because of the single particle size distribution of coarse aggregate and the large pores of the end products,its mechanical properties are reduced.In view of this,we propose to add rigid polypropylene fiber with excellent mechanical properties into the mixture of pervious concrete pavement brick to improve its mechanical properties.The feasibility of this method is verified by the experiments.The influences are summarized that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete pavement brick are affected by the mixing mode,type and particle size of coarse aggregate,fiber content and fiber length.The conclusion can provide reference for the actual production.
