Masquelet技术治疗长骨干骨缺损的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Masquelet技术治疗长骨干骨缺损的临床疗效与手术注意事项。方法回顾性分析自2015-04—2017-11采用Masquelet技术治疗的40例长骨干骨缺损,感染性骨缺损24例,非感染性骨缺损16例。第一阶段清创填塞含抗生素骨水泥间隔器,诱导间隔器表面形成诱导膜;第二阶段在诱导膜内植入自体松质骨,修复骨缺损。结果 40例均获得随访,随访时间平均12.5(10~15)个月。术后植骨区骨缺损均获得骨性愈合,患肢功能恢复良好。骨临床愈合时间3~7个月,平均4.7个月。参考Palay等的方法评估临床疗效,所有患者植骨愈合分级均为优;骨缺损区域邻近关节功能:优32例,良6例,可2例。结论 Masquelet技术治疗长骨干骨缺损具有操作相对简单、可分期清创和植骨、2个阶段相对独立、植骨愈合快、并发症少、患者满意度高等优点,值得临床推广应用。
