双发色体活性橙的制备及对棉织物的染色性能 被引量:3

摘要 以三聚氯氰为连接基,间氨基苯脲和2-氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸为偶合组分,2-萘胺-3,6,8-三磺酸和4-硫酸乙酯砜基苯胺为重氮组分,通过分子内配色制备了双发色体橙色活性染料。将合成的染料分别以浸染、轧染和印花方式用于棉织物,发现棉织物的印花固色率达到78.9%,浸染固色率为74%~75%,轧染固色率为85.6%,染色棉织物的耐干/湿摩擦色牢度分别为5级和3~4级,耐日晒色牢度4~5级,水洗变色牢度5级,棉沾色牢度3~4级。 Using cyanuric chloride as linking group,(3-aminophenyl)-urea and 2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acidare as coupling components,2-naphthylamine-3,6,8-trisulfonic acid and 4-(ethylsulfurate sulfonyl)aniline as diazonium components,an reactive orange dye containing two chromophores is prepared based on the technology of intramolecular colour matching.The synthetic dye is applied to cotton fabric by dip dyeing,pad dyeing or printing separately.The results show that the fixation yield of printing,dip dyeing and pad dyeing are 78.9%,74%~75%and 85.6%respectively.The dry/wet rubbing fastness of dyed cotton can reach Grade 5 and Grade 3~4,respectively.The light fastness of the dyed cotton is Grade 4~5.The washing fastness of the dyed cotton can reach Grade 5(change in shade),Grade 3~4(staining with cotton).
