摘要 发展性教师教育评价关注评价客体的个体差异性,以发展性、主体性、终身性为特征,旨在提高师范生专业认同感、培养教师职业胜任能力以及职业认同感、通过任务驱动缓解职业倦怠。为了解决评价理念方面的困惑,元评价能力发展不平衡,以及与终结性评价引发的冲突,提出充分体现教学评价中学习者的主体地位,注重人文关怀;优化教师招聘制度,进一步加强教育评价理论知识研究;融合创新新技术,引领质性发展性评价示范等举措,促进相关人员能动性发挥,是实现教师专业发展的基本保障。 The developmental teacher education evaluation has paid attention to the individual difference of the evaluation objects,with features of being developmental,subjective and life-long.It has targeted at improving students professional identity,cultivating teachers professional competence and professional identity,and alleviating job burnout through task-driving.In order to solve the confusion of evaluation concept,the imbalance of meta-evaluation ability development,and the conflict between developmental evaluation and summative evaluation,this paper proposes the following strategies:respecting the status of learners as masters in teaching evaluation and paying attention to humanistic care;improving the teacher recruitment system and strengthening the theoretical knowledge of educational evaluation;integrating innovative technologies and leading the demonstration of qualitative developmental evaluation;promoting relevant people agency and motivation.They are the basic guarantee of teacher professional development.
