江苏省高等职业教育高质量发展综合指数的编制和分析

Compilation and Analysis of Comprehensive Index of High Quality Development of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangsu Province

按照综合指数的编制理论和方法,根据2015—2019年《江苏省高等职业教育质量年度报告》中所提供的数据,编制了江苏省高等职业教育高质量发展综合指数。并以此为依据,对江苏省高等职业教育高质量发展情况进行了分析,发现江苏省高等职业教育高质量发展的总体态势以及各个方面是优良的,但在办学条件、社会影响两方面依然存在一定的不足。基于此,提出了三个方面的政策建议:进入新发展阶段,在江苏省高等职业教育改革创新上精准发力;贯彻新发展理念,在江苏省高职院校治理上实施分层治理;构建新发展格局,在江苏省高等职业教育结构上深度改革。

According to the compiling theory and method of comprehensive index,the comprehensive index of high quality development of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province was compiled by using the data provided in Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education Quality Annual Report from 2015 to 2019.Based on the data,this paper analyzes the high quality development of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province and points out that the overall situation and various aspects of the high quality development of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province are good,but there are still some deficiencies in two aspects,namely,school-running conditions and social influence.Finally,this paper puts forward to making precise efforts in the reform and innovation of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province in the new era of development.A new development idea should be carried out to implement the hierarchical governance in the higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu.A new pattern of development should be constructed to give three aspects of policy recommendations on the deep reform of Jiangsu higher vocational education structure.
