摘要
中职学校教科研课题的主持者(项目负责人)与参与者(课题组成员)是影响中职教科研质量的"重要他人",他们既是教科研成果的"培育者",又是教科研成果的"转化者"。因此,通过对吉林省延边州内的8所公办中职学校教科研项目的主持者与参与者进行调查,分析了主持者与参与者在科研目的、科研活动形式爱好、影响科研的因素、科研成果应用情况等方面的问题。针对发现的问题,中职学校应该重视教科研、加强科研能力培训、提倡研究方式多样化、发挥骨干教师作用、完善质量评价方法、营造教科研氛围。
The organizers(project leaders)and participants(members of the research group)of teaching and scientific research projects in secondary vocational schools are"important others"who affect the quality of teaching and scientific research in secondary vocational schools.They are both"cultivators"and"transformators"of teaching and scientific research achievements.Therefore,through the investigation of the organizers and participants of the teaching and scientific research projects in eight public secondary vocational schools in Yanbian Prefecture of Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the problems of the organizers and participants in the aspects of scientific research purposes,forms and hobbies of scientific research activities,factors affecting scientific research,and the application of scientific research achievements.In view of the problems found,secondary vocational schools should pay attention to teaching and scientific research,strengthen the training of scientific research ability,promote the diversification of research methods,give play to the role of backbone teachers,improve the quality evaluation methods,and create an atmosphere of teaching and scientific research.
