民主革命时期中国共产党学习制度建构的历史考察

Historical Study on the Construction of the Learning System of the Communist Party of China during the Democratic Revolution

构建学习制度是推进学习取得成效的基本保障。中国共产党成立后随着对学习重要性认识的深化,建党初期和大革命时期开始探索学习制度的建立;抗日战争时期为保证学习运动的顺利开展,出台了系列文件,从学习组织、学习内容、经费保障、监督检查等方面初步构建了学习制度的基本框架,保障了学习运动的有效推进;解放战争时期,中国共产党应对复杂斗争形势,大力推进党的学习时代化,为夺取全国政权做好干部准备工作。梳理民主革命时期中国共产党建构学习制度的历史,对于加强和深化学习型政党建设,提高党的执政能力,推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要意义。

The construction of the learning system is the basic guarantee for the effectiveness of learning.With the deep understanding of the importance of learning,the Communist Party of China started to explore the establishment of learning system during the early days of its founding and the Great Revolution.During the War of Resistance against Japan,a series of learning documents were issued to ensure the smooth development of the learning movement,with the basic framework of the learning system constructed preliminarily in the aspects of learning organization,learning content,financial guarantee,supervision and inspection,thus ensuring the effective promotion of the learning movement.During the War of Liberation,the Communist Party of China,dealing with the complex situation of the struggle,vigorously promoted the modernization of the Party’s study,and made good preparations for cadres to seize the state power of the whole country.To study the history of the construction of the learning system of the Communist Party of China during the Democratic Revolution is of great significance in strengthening and deepening the construction of the learning-oriented Party,improving the Party’s governance capability and advancing the new great project of Party construction.
