新型冠状病毒感染患者治愈后IgG抗体变化的相关研究

Related Research on the Changes of IgG Antibodies in Patients withCOVID-19 Infection after Cured

目的探讨新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)感染患者治愈后一个月内IgG抗体的变化情况。方法选取2020年1月~2020年3月铜鼓县人民医院收治的17例新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染患者,其中有肺炎表现患者10例、无肺炎表现患者7例。以化学发光法定性检测患者出院第14天、第28天血清IgG抗体。结果第14天:80%有肺炎患者IgG抗体阳性,14.29%无肺炎患者IgG抗体阳性;第28天:70%有肺炎患者IgG抗体阳性,14.29%无肺炎患者IgG抗体阳性;有肺炎患者组出院后第14天、第28天抗体阳性比例均明显高于无肺炎患者组。结论新型冠状病毒感染患者治愈后并非所有患者均能产生特异性抗体,大多数有肺炎患者抗体阳性,但无肺炎患者抗体阳性率却很低。

Objective To explore the changes of IgG antibodies in patients infected with the new coronavirus(COVID-19)within one month after being cured.Methods A total of 17 patients with COVID-19infection admitted to Tonggu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2020 were selected,including 10 patients with pneumonia featuresand 7 patients without pneumoniafeatures.Serum IgG antibodies on the 14th and 28th days after discharged were detected by chemiluminescence qualitative detection.Results At day 14th,80%of patients with pneumonia are IgG antibody positive,14.29%of patients without pneumonia are IgG antibody positive;At day 28th,70%of patients with pneumonia are IgG antibody positive,14.29%of patients without pneumonia are IgG antibody positive;On the 14th day and the 28th day after discharged from hospital,the proportion of antibody positive was significantly higher than that of patients without pneumonia.Conclusion Not all patients with COVID-19infection could produce specific antibodies after they were cured.Most patients with pneumonia had positive antibodies,but the positive rate of antibodies in patients without pneumonia was very low.
