高浓度氨氮废水处理项目工艺设计与应用

摘要 本项目处理的废水为12英寸集成电路生产工艺产生的高浓度氨氮废水。针对氨氮废水浓度高、过氧化氢浓度高、生物处理难度大、废水排放标准日益严格等问题,本项目采用“两级氨氮汽提+硫酸吸收”组合工艺处理高浓度氨氮废水,能有效稳定地去除氨氮。结果表明:经联合工艺处理后,NH3-N<40mg>和H2O2<40mg>均满足《电子工业污染物排放标准》(征求意见稿二稿)表2的要求。氨氮废水处理系统运行稳定、经济。项目运行效果稳定,投资和运行成本低。该处理工艺及设计参数对同类工程具有一定的参考意义。
