摘要
开发一种海上风电场人员落水救生系统,旨在提高风电场基建期与运维期安全管控水平。利用AIS、DSC、微波通信、物联网等技术,构建数字信息平台,实现海上人员落水的快速智能救援。工程应用结果表明,该系统可以大大提高海上风电场安全管控水平,有效保障海上施工运维人员生命安全。
An overboard drowning rescue system for personnel in offshore wind farm is developed to improve the safety control level of the wind farm during its construction and operation periods.With the technologies such as the automatic identification system(AIS),digital selective calling(DSC),microwave communication and internet of things,a digital information platform is constructed to realize the quick and intelligent rescue of personnel.Practical application shows that the system can greatly improve the safety control level of offshore wind farm and effectively protect the life safety of offshore construction,operation and maintenance personnel.
