For the safety management work of construction site,pre-shifting meeting is the first line of defense.A“Five-minute thinking method”is proposed and adopted in the pre-shifting meeting.With the proposed method and corresponding implementation measures,the quality of the pre-shifting meeting and the safety awareness of the construction personnel can be largely improved.It provides a novel idea for the construction safety risk prevention and control.
