农村信息服务信息资源描述元数据研究

摘要 为解决农村信息服务中不同来源信息资源的存储格式不一致、共享效率低、查询使用困难等问题,引入元数据的概念、理论和方法,划分农村信息服务涉及的信息资源类别为13个一级类,65个二级类,确定了信息资源标识符编码格式,明确了元数据元素属性和元数据元素集的基本构成,运用XML/XML Schema技术定义元数据模式和实现信息描述,并通过XML Schema定义的元数据模式实现了一个农村信息服务信息资源描述元数据的实例.该元数据标准的构建可使农村信息服务信息资源表达更加有效,有利于信息资源的共建共享,能够为推进农村信息服务信息资源的有效融合与高效共享提供技术支撑. There are some problems that inconsistent storage formats,inefficient sharing and difficulties in querying information are caused by different sources of rural information service.To solve the problems,the concept,theory,and method of metadata are introduced.In the first place,the information resources are classified into 13 first-level categories and 65 second-level categories in rural information service.Moreover,the encoding format of the information resources identifier is determined as well as the basic composition of metadata element attributes and sets are defined.Furthermore,XML/XML Schema technology is used to define the metadata schema and implement the information description.Finally,one example of information resources metadata in rural information service is implemented through metadata schema which is defined by XML Schema.By construction of the metadata standard,information resources in rural information service not only can be made more effective,but also can be facilitated the co-construction and sharing of these resources.Meanwhile,it can provide technical support for the effective integration and efficient sharing of information resources in rural information service.
