摘要
目的探讨伴抑郁症状精神分裂症的治疗方法。方法选取首发伴抑郁症状精神分裂症患者56例,将其随机分为两组,各28例。对照组给予利培酮治疗,研究组加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,8周后观察两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的71.43%(χ^(2)=4.77,P=0.029);研究组的认知功能及生活质量改善程度均优于对照组(t=5.24~11.97,P<0.01)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊佐治伴抑郁症状精神分裂症患者,能提高患者认知功能,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the treatment of schizophrenia with depressive symptoms.Methods A total of 56 patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the study group was treated with Shuganjieyu capsule.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than 71.43%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.77,P=0.029).The improvement of cognitive function and quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group(t=5.24-11.97,P<0.01).Conclusion Shuganjieyu Capsule can assist the treatment of patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms,which can improve patients'cognitive function and improve their quality of life.
