基于无线传感器的水利自动灌溉控制系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 为提高水利自动灌溉控制稳定性、减少数据采集时间,降低能耗开销,提出基于无线传感器的水利自动灌溉控制系统。软件设计部分由水利自动灌溉传感信息采集模块、自动控制信息处理模块、AD信息转换模块、水利自动灌溉的人机交互模块和接口模块组成。采用APLC21160逻辑控制处理器作为主控芯片,进行水利自动灌溉控制系统的程序控制,设计交叉编译模块进行水利自动灌溉控制指令加载。采用无线传感器进行水利自动灌溉控制系统的数据采样,通过开关频率转换的方法进行水利自动灌溉控制过程中的水流量自动化调节,结合模糊PID控制方法进行水利自动灌溉控制的算法优化设计。硬件设计部分通过DSP发送水利自动灌溉控制系统控制指令,采用VIX总线处理技术进行水利自动灌溉的控制总线设计,实现水利自动灌溉控制系统的硬件优化设计。系统测试结果表明,采用该方法进行水利自动灌溉控制系统设计的输出稳定性较好,系统的可靠性较高,具有能耗开销低,耗时短的特点。 In order to improve the stability of automatic irrigation control,reduce data acquisition time and reduce energy consumption,a water conservancy automatic irrigation control system based on wireless sensor is proposed.The software design includes sensor information acquisition module,automatic control information processing module,ad information conversion module,human-computer interaction module and interface module.Using aplc21160 logic control processor as the main control chip,the program control of water conservancy automatic irrigation control system is carried out,and the cross compiler module is designed to load the water conservancy automatic irrigation control instructions.The wireless sensor is used to sample the data of automatic irrigation control system,and the automatic regulation of water flow in the process of automatic irrigation control is carried out by switching frequency conversion method.The algorithm optimization design of water conservancy automatic irrigation control is combined with fuzzy PID control method.In the hardware design part,the control instructions of automatic irrigation control system are sent by DSP,and the control bus design of water conservancy automatic irrigation is carried out by using VIX bus processing technology,so as to realize the hardware optimization design of water conservancy automatic irrigation control system.The system test results show that the output stability of the system is good,the reliability of the system is high,and it has the characteristics of low energy consumption and short time consumption.
