摘要
现有配电自动化设备模块化单元检测系统在检测额定频率下三相平衡电压幅值时的误差较大,因此设计一个配电自动化设备模块化单元自动检测系统。硬件设计中,设计了硬件的整体结构,根据系统性能选择单片机型号,对接口和管脚进行功能设置,实现单片机与上位机之间的通信,在声光报警器中,主要完善了内部电路,利用电路中电平的高低决定报警器的报警状态,并增加二极管来保护电路。软件设计中,使用离散傅里叶变换法作为同步相量检测算法,通过模拟信号得到采样序列,进一步计算后求出电压相量值。通过对比实验结果表明,设计的系统检测结果存在误差的数量比原有系统减少了18组,验证了设计系统的有效性。
The existing modular unit detection system of distribution automation equipment has a large error in detecting the amplitude of three-phase balanced voltage at rated frequency,so an automatic detection system of modular unit of distribution automation equipment is designed.In the hardware design,the overall structure of the hardware is designed.According to the performance of the system,the model of the single-chip microcomputer is selected,the function of the interface and the pin is set,and the communication between the single-chip microcomputer and the upper computer is realized.In the audible and visual alarm,the internal circuit is mainly improved,the alarm state is determined by the level of the circuit,and the diode is added to protect the circuit.In the software design,DFT is used as the synchronous phasor detection algorithm,and the sampling sequence is obtained by analog signal.By comparing the experimental results,the number of errors in the detection results of the designed system is reduced by 18 groups compared with the original system,which verifies the effectiveness of the designed system.
