联轴器扭转刚度对潜油电泵细长串联轴系扭振特性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决在满负荷、长周期运行工况下潜油电泵下保护器轴易断裂的问题,以潜油电泵细长串联轴系为研究对象,分析联轴器扭转刚度对细长串联轴系扭振特性的影响。采用DyRoBeS软件构建细长串联轴系扭振模型,分析轴系扭振特性,结合扭转振型与模态扭应力分布,确定轴系下保护器轴退刀槽为危险截面,研究联轴器扭转刚度与该危险截面扭应力的关系。分析结果表明:将联轴器1,2的扭转刚度均从设计值的20%按一定比例增大至设计值的500%,则联轴器1的第1阶扭振临界转速的增幅为21%,联轴器2的第1阶扭振临界转速的增幅达64%;将联轴器1的扭转刚度从设计值调整为设计值的40%,则轴段危险截面扭应力降幅约为55%;将联轴器2的扭转刚度从设计值的300%调整为设计值的40%,轴段危险截面扭应力降幅约为35%。调整联轴器1的扭转刚度至7.12×10^(4) Nm/rad,可有效减小轴段危险截面扭应力。研究结果可为解决潜油电泵细长串联轴系下保护器轴的断裂问题提供参考。 Aiming to solve the problem that the protector shafting of submersible oil electric pump is easy to fracture under the full load and long-term operation condition,taking the slender series shafting of submersible oil electric pump as the study object,the influence of torsional stiffness of coupling on the torsional vibration characteristics of slender series shafting of submersible oil electric pump was analyzed.The DyRoBeS software was used to construct the torsional vibration model of the slender series shafting,and the torsional characteristics of shafting were analyzed.Combining the torsional mode and the modal torsional stress distribution,the relief groove on the protector shafting was verified to be the dangerous cross section.The relationship between torsional stiffness of the coupling and torsional stress on the dangerous cross section of shafting was studied.The analysis result showed that when the torsional stiffness of coupling 1 and 2 increased respectively in a certain proportion from 20%of the designed value to 500%,the amplification of the first order torsional vibration critical rotational speed of coupling 1 was 21%,while the amplification of coupling 2 was 64%.When the torsional stiffness of the coupling 1 was adjusted from the designed value to 40%of the designed value,the torsional stress of the dangerous section of the shaft section was reduced by about 55%.When the torsional stiffness of coupling 2 was adjusted from 300%of the designed value to 40%of the designed value,the torsional stress was reduced by about 35%.Adjusting the torsional stiffness of coupling 1 to 7.12×10^(4) Nm/rad could effectively reduce the stress on the dangerous cross section of shaft section.The research provides a reference for solving the problem of fracture of protector shaft of slender series shafting of submersible oil electric pump.
