摘要
氨基酸是蛋白质的基本组成单位,在能量代谢、基因表达和脂质转运中发挥着重要作用。血液中氨基酸浓度的变化与多种疾病有关,其定量分析在疾病诊断学中非常重要。因此,为准确快速测定血液中氨基酸的含量,本文综述了高效液相色谱法、氨基酸分析仪、液相色谱-质谱联用法、毛细管电泳法和气相色谱法等几种常用方法的研究进展,评述了每种分析方法的适用特点,希望能为临床快速准确的诊断某些疾病提供辅助依据。
As basic building blocks of proteins, amino acids play essential roles in energy metabolism, gene expression and lipid transport. The altered levels of amino acids in blood have been found to be closely correlated with several diseases. Thus quantitative analysis is important for disease diagnostics. Therefore, for measuring accurately and rapidly amino acids concentrations in blood, this paper reviewed several common methods of analyzing amino acids including high-performance liquid chromatography, amino acid analyzer, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis and gas chromatography. The features of each analytical method were evaluated for assisting in making a rapid and accurate diagnosis of some diseases.
