双镜技术联合治疗脑室型丘脑出血的效果分析

目的探计神经内镜联合显微镜(双镜技术联合使用)洽疗E脑出血并发脑室铸型的临床洽疗效果方法本科自2017年2月至2019年8月,采用神经内镜辅助显微镜治疗丘脑出血并发脑室铸型31例,系统性评价其有效性和安全性。结果术后第1天,患者飭意识程度明显减轻,复查CT,仝脑及脑室出血的清除率达92.3%,无再出血发生,临廉效果优于传统手术脑室外引流加r-tpa(或尿激酶)溶解。结论双镜技术联令使用治疗企脑出血具有微创、高效的特点,血肿清除率高,能够改善患者的预后,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efiect of neuroendoscopy combined with microscope(combined application of dual-mirror technique)in treating thalamic hemorrhage complicated with ventricular cast.Methods From February 2017 to August 2019,31 cases of thalamic hemorrhage complicated with ventricular cast were treated with neuroendoscopy assisted with microscopy(combined application of dual-mirror technique)in our department,and the effectiveness and safety of the treatment were systematically evaluated.Results On the first day after the operation,the consciousness of the patients was significantly reduced.CT scan revealed that the clearance rate of thalamus and ventricular hemorrhage reached 92.3%.No ftirther hemorrhage occurred.The clinical effect was better than that of conventional operation with external ventricular drainage plus r-tpa(or urokinase)dissolution.Conclusion The combined application of dual-mirror technique in the treatment of thalamic hemorrhage has the characteristics of minimally invasive and higji efficiency,high hematoma clearance rate,and can improve the prognosis of patients,which is therefore worthy of clinical promotion.
