催产素联合舒芬太尼对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者镇痛效果及术后心理状况的影响

目的探讨催产素联合舒芬太尼对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者镇痛效果及术后心理状况的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年11月收治的子宫肌瘤患者80例,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例c对照组与观察组均采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予术后镇痛泵静脉持续泵入舒芬太尼,观察组给予术后镇痛泵静脉持续泵入催产素复合舒芬太尼。比较两组患者术后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Ramsay评分、心理状态及镇痛满意度。结果术后6 h、12 h、24 h,观察组VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6h、12 h、24 h,观察组Ramsay评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);出院时,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于入院时,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后镇痛满意度(92.5%)明显高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05)。结论催产素联合舒芬太尼可明显改善腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后疼痛,缓解术后焦虑、抑郁程度,且能增加镇痛满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of oxytocin combined with sufentanil on the analgesic effect and postoperative psychological status of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Eighty patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 40 cases in each group.Both the control group and the observation group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.On this basis,the control group was given continuous postoperative analgesic pump intravenous sufentanil,and the observation group was given an intravenous analgesic pump and continuous pumping of oxytocin and sufentanil.Visual simulation(VAS)score,Ramsay score,psychological status,and analgesic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 h,12 h,and 24 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h after surgery,the Ramsay scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);at discharge,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those of the admission,and the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative analgesia satisfaction rate in the observation group(92.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with sufentanil can significantly improve postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,relieve postoperative anxiety and depression,and increase analgesia satisfaction.
