甲状腺结节膏治疗甲状腺结节临床观察

Clinical observation of Jiazhuangxianjiejie paste on thyroid nodule

目的:观察甲状腺结节膏治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:选取良性甲状腺结节患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。两组均进行健康宣教,低碘饮食,对照组不予药物干预,治疗组予中药复方甲状腺结节膏治疗,连续用药2个月后,比较两组的甲状腺结节大小、中医临床症状、甲状腺功能、肝肾功能。结果:治疗后,治疗组甲状腺结节直径、中医症状积分较治疗前有统计学差异(P﹤0.05),较对照组亦有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);治疗组甲状腺功能及肝肾功能较治疗前无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节膏治疗良性甲状腺结节疗效较好,可缩小患者甲状腺结节,改善临床症状,对甲状腺功能、肝肾功能无明显影响,临床安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiazhuangxianjiejie paste on thyroid nodule.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with benign thyroid nodule were randomly divided into two group,30 cases in each group.Both groups received health propaganda-education and low-iodine diet.The control group was not given drugintervention,while the treatment group was treated with Jiazhuangxianjiejie paste of traditional Chinese medicine compound.After continuous medication for two months,thyroid nodule size,clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,thyroid function and liver-kidney functions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment in the treatment group,the size,diameter and TCM symptom score of thyroid nodule were statistically different compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and also statistically different compared the control group(P﹤0.05);the thyroid function and liver-kidney functions of treatment group were not statistical different compared with before treatment(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jiazhuangxianjiejie paste on benign thyroid nodule is better,which can shrink the patient's thyroid nodule and improve the clinical symptoms,and without significant affect on thyroid function and liverkidney functions,and with higher clinical safety.
