通督解郁针法对卒中后轻度认知功能障碍的影响

Clinical observation of needling method of dredging DU meridian and removing depression on mild cognitive impairment of post-stroke

目的:观察通督解郁针法治疗卒中后轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合卒中及轻度认知功能障碍诊断标准的住院患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各34例,对照组予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,治疗组予通督解郁针法治疗;2周为1个疗程,持续治疗6周。结果:治疗4周、6周后两组MMSE评分明显升高(P﹤0.05)。治疗6周后治疗组MMSE评分与对照组比较,有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。对照组总有效率为73.53%,治疗组总有效率为82.35%,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:通督解郁针法可明显改善卒中后MCI患者的认知功能,疗效优于盐酸多奈哌齐片口服治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needling method of dredging DU meridian and removing depression on mild cognitive impairment(MCI)of post-stroke.Methods:68 cases of selected inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for stroke and mild cognitive impairment were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral donepezil hydrochloride tablets,while the treatment group was treated by needling method of dredging DU meridian and removing depression.2 weeks as a course of treatment,continuously treated for 6 weeks.Results:At the ends of 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,MMSE score was increased in both groups significantly(P﹤0.05).At the end of 6 weeks of treatment,the score of MMSE scale of treatment group was significantly diferent form that of control group(P﹤0.01);and the total effective rate of control group was 73.53%,while the total effective rate of treatment group was 82.35%,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Needling method of dredging DU meridian and removing depression can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with MCI after stroke,and its curative effect is better than that of oral donepezil hydrochloride tablets.
