七星丹治疗慢性皮肤溃疡安全性研究

Study on safety of Qixingdan in treatment of chronic skin ulcer

目的:研究外用七星丹治疗大鼠慢性皮肤溃疡的安全性。方法:参照沈道修改良塑料环肉芽肿定量法制备慢性皮肤溃疡模型,将模型大鼠随机分为3组:空白对照组、阳性对照组、七星丹组。用药4周后,用酶联免疫吸附测定方法检测各组大鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)及尿液中尿蛋白(UP)指标浓度,用冷原子吸收法定量检测尿液中汞含量。结果:ALT、AST、BUN和UP指标浓度在3组大鼠中均无显著性差异(P﹥0.05);阳性对照组大鼠尿汞含量高于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);七星丹组大鼠尿汞含量低于空白对照组,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:七星丹治疗慢性皮肤溃疡具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To study the safety of externally-used Qixingdan in treating chronic skin ulcer of rat.Methods:The model of chronic skin ulcer was prepared by referring to Shen Dao-xiu's modified quantitative method of plastic ring granuloma.The model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:blank control group,positive control group and Qixingdan group.After 4 weeks of medication,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in serum and the indexes concentration of urine protein(UP)in urine were detected in rats of each group by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method;the mercury content in urine was detected quantitatively by cold atomic absorption method.Results:ALT,AST,BUN and UP indexes concentration were not significantly different among the rats of three groups(P﹥0.05).The urine mercury content of rats in positive control group was higher than that in blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The urine mercury content of rats in Qixingdan group was lower than that in blank control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:Qixingdan has higher safety in treatment of chronic skin ulcer.
