A community with shared future for mankind is a Chinese proposal put forward by China constantly in recent years.The aim is to establish a new model of international relations featuring Win-Win cooperation in the face of more and more complicated world political and economic situation and problematic globalization.It involves various fields,such as politics,economy,security,culture and society,and has comprehensive and fundamental conceptual connotations.It targets on the pursuit of the well-being and common development of all mankind,regardless of race,nationality or color.The community with shared future for mankind has experienced the development from idea to action,and has been recognized and accepted by more and more nations in recent years.However,the outbreak of the COVID-19 has costed over two hundreds and thousands of lives all over the world,and has seriously damaged the world economy.Even worse,it directly threatens the basic human survival environment.At the same time,some problems and drawbacks which have been temporarily shelved in the process of globalization previously are fully exposed and even expanded in various countries and regions in terms of responding to and handling this epidemic situation.It therefore has triggered the wave of“Anti-globalization”.A series of signs and facts indicate that to establish the overall concept of entire human being globally and awareness of their co-existence,and the construction of a community with shared future for mankind is the way of natural path and requirement as well as inevitable trend of the historical development of human society.It is the highest ideal and ultimate goal of building a community with shared future for mankind towards the union of free human being and realizing the free and comprehensive development of mankind.
