利伐沙班的合成研究

Study on Synthesis of Rivaroxaban

采用了二氯甲烷和水二相法制备利伐沙班。以收率和纯度为指标,考察了投料比、滴加时间和滴加温度对产品的影响。该方法可以大幅度降低利伐沙班的生产成本,利于工业化生产。

Rivaroxaban was prepared by two-phase method of dichloromethane and water. The effect of molar ratio, dripping time and temperature on the yield and purity was investigated. This method can greatly reduce the production cost of rivaroxaban and is beneficial to industrial production.
