FPSO上部模块管道应力分析包划分研究

摘要 固定平台上部组块或FPSO上部模块管道需要进行详细应力分析的管道数量庞大,首先应将这些管线划分成小的管道应力分析包,再分别进行详细管道应力分析计算。然而,如何划分应力分析包,划分依据,以及怎样划分才能更有利的推动管道应力分析计算工作,成为管道应力分析时首先应思考解决的难题,因此,针对管道应力分析分包划分进行了研究分析,介绍了固定平台应力分析包划分原则与依据,并以南海某FPSO上部模块为例,介绍并对比FPSO上部模块管道应力分析包划分异同,对FPSO上部模块管道应力分析工作起到指导作用,为同行提供借鉴参考。 There are a large number of pipes that need detailed stress analysis for offshore-platform topside and FPSO(floating production storage and offloading device) topside module. At the beginning of piping stress analysis, these pipes should be divided into small packages, and then detailed pipe stress analysis calculation should be carried out. However, how to divide the stress analysis package, and how to divide it to promote the work of piping stress analysis are the first problem to be solved. In this paper, the division of the stress analysis package was studied and analyzed, the division principle and basis were introduced, and using the module of an FPSO in the South China Sea as an example, the differences and similarities of FPSO topside module piping stress analysis package were introduced and compared, which could guide and promote the work of FPSO topside module piping stress analysis and provide reference for peers.
