摘要
为了满足环保要求,解决目前辽河油田侧钻井过程中出现的大段泥岩段井壁稳定性差、划眼频繁等难题,调研了国内外小井眼钻井液技术,通过优选无机盐类密度调节剂、有机胺类抑制剂、低荧光环保型润滑剂,建立一套具有强抑制性的新型无土相环保钻井液体系。室内评价试验表明,该体系塑比>0.5,携岩能力强;150℃滚动回收率大于92%,强抑制防塌效果好。HTHP<10 m L,可以满足辽河油田侧钻水平井对钻井液的抗温、抑制和流变性指标的要求。
In order to meet environmental protection requirements and solve the problems of poor wellbore stability and severe directional support pressure in the large mudstone section during the sidetracking process of Liaohe oilfield, domestic and foreign slim hole drilling fluid technology was investigated, and inorganic salt density regulator,organic amine inhibitors and low-fluorescence environmentally friendly lubricants were optimized to establish a new type of soil-free environmentally friendly drilling fluid system with strong inhibition. The indoor evaluation test showed that the plastic ratio of the system was greater than 0.5, and the rock-carrying capacity was strong;the rolling recovery rate at 150℃ was greater than 92%, and the strong suppression effect was good. HTHP was less than 10 mL, which met the requirements of temperature resistance, inhibition and rheology indexes of drilling fluid for sidetracking horizontal wells in Liaohe oilfield.
