Pt原子团簇在微纳碳电极上的电沉积研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用火焰刻蚀和玻璃毛细管封装法制备微纳碳电极。通过调控电解液浓度、沉积策略和时间等参数,利用电化学沉积法在微纳碳电极上得到单原子、3原子、5原子等不同尺寸的Pt原子团簇。在酸性溶液条件下,利用Pt原子团簇在微纳电极上产生的催化氢还原极限电流对Pt原子团簇的大小进行了推算;同时,利用线性扫描伏安法比较了Pt原子团簇的析氢特性,利用循环伏安法测试了Pt单原子的稳定性。本研究可为单原子及少量原子金属团簇的电沉积及其性能研究提供重要参考。 In this work, micro-nano-scale carbon electrodes were successfully prepared by flame etching and glass capillary tubes encapsulation. Pt clusters of different sizes, such as single atom, 3 atoms, 5 atoms, were obtained on as-prepared carbon electrodes by electrochemical deposition through regulating the parameters, such as electrolyte concentration, deposition strategy and deposition time. The size of Pt clusters was calculated using limiting current of the catalytic hydrogen reduction on as-prepared electrodes in an acidic solution. Meanwhile, the hydrogen evolution characteristics of Pt clusters were compared using linear scanning voltammetry, and the stability of Pt single atom was evaluated by consulting cyclic voltammetry. This study can provide an important reference for the study of the electrodeposition and properties of single-atom and few-atom metal clusters.
