摘要
关节软骨在关节功能和机体运动方面起重要作用。成年关节软骨的组成及结构已经被广泛研究,但人们对其形态发育过程研究较少。此外,关节软骨的发育受多种因素调控,其调控机制尚未被阐明。本文综述了软骨发育过程及相关的信号通路。这些信号通路在关节软骨发育过程中的调控作用逐渐被人们认识,但软骨发育过程中多种信号通路的交互调控及单个信号通路的双向调控仍有待进一步研究。
Articular cartilage has obvious basic function in joint function and body movement. The composition and structure of adult articular cartilage have been extensively studied, but little is known about its morphological development. In addition, the development of articular cartilage is regulated by many factors, and its regulatory mechanism has not been clarified. This paper introduces the development of cartilage and its related signal pathways. The role of these signaling pathways in the development of articular cartilage has been gradually understood, but the interaction regulation of multiple signaling pathways and the two-way regulation of single signaling pathway in this process need to be further studied.
