基于CFD模拟的燃煤机组烟羽消白治理研究

摘要 针对机组石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫尾部饱和湿烟气,配套设置空塔喷淋冷凝降温的烟羽消白治理装置。基于动态流动模拟计算来优化设计烟气的流动分布及合理的和流速,达到"消白"目的。结果表明,通过优化烟气系统烟道布置、导流板布置,确保冷凝塔内和烟道内的最优化布置,可取得最好可能性的烟气流动分布和维持脱硫系统低的压降,使冷凝后的烟温降至44℃~46℃,大幅降低排烟温度与外界环境的温差,实现"消白"的目标。 With the implementation of increasingly strict environmental protection policy in China, enterprises are increasing investment in environmental protection. In this paper, the tail saturated wet flue gas of limestone gypsum wet FGD is equipped with a condensing tower to spray, condense and cool the flue gas. Based on the dynamic flow simulation,the flow distribution and reasonable velocity of flue gas are optimized to achieve the goal of " eliminate white plume". The results show that by optimizing the layout of flue gas duct and guide plate of flue gas system, the optimal layout in the condensing tower and flue is ensured, and the best possible flue gas flow distribution and low pressure drop of desulfurization system are obtained. Finally, the flue gas temperature after condensation is reduced to 44 ℃~46 ℃ and the goal of " eliminate white plume " is realized.
