认知教育及情景模拟对儿童X线检查一次曝光成功率和放射剂量的影响 被引量:1

Study on the effects of cognitive education and scenario simulation on single-exposure successful rate and radiation dose of children in X-ray examination

摘要 目的研究认知教育及情景模拟对儿童X线检查一次曝光成功率和放射剂量的影响。方法选取该院2019年3-10月进行X线检查的儿童150例,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,各75例。对照组常规进行X线检查,观察组检查前进行认知教育及情景模拟干预。比较两组的X线检查曝光成功率、曝光时间、放射剂量及检查到胶片打出时间、图片质量,并评估患儿家属对于检查的满意度。结果观察组的X线检查一次曝光成功率为97.3%(73/75),显著高于对照组的89.3%(67/75),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的曝光时间及检查到胶片打出时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),检查照射剂量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的甲级片比例为94.7%(71/75),显著高于对照组的84.0%(63/75),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患儿家属对于检查的满意度分别为96.0%(72/75)、85.3%(64/75),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知教育及情景模拟应用于儿童X线检查中效果满意,能够显著提高一次曝光成功率,减少曝光时间和放射剂量,图片质量更佳,患儿家属满意度高。 Objective To explore the effects of cognitive education and scenario simulation on single-exposure successful rate and radiation dose of children in X-ray examination.Methods From March to October in 2019,150 children undergoing X-ray examination in Zhoushan Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,75 cases in each group.The children in control group underwent routine X-ray examination,and the children in observation group were given cognitive education and scenario simulation before X-ray examination.The single-exposure successful rates,exposure time,radiation doses,the time from examination to film printing,picture qualities in the two groups were compared.The satisfaction degrees of children's family members were evaluated.Results The single-exposure successful rate in observation group was 97.3%(73/75),which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(89.3%,67/75)(P<0.05).The exposure time and the time from examination to film printing in observation group was statistically significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).The radiation dose in observation group was statistically significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade A films in observation group was 94.7%(71/75),which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(84.0%,63/75)(P<0.05).The satisfaction degrees of children's family members in observation group and control group were 96.0%(72/75)and 85.3%(64/75),respectively,the satisfaction degree in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cognitive education and scenario simulation is satisfactory in X-ray examination of children,which can significantly improve single-exposure successful rate,reduce exposure time and radiation dose,picture quality is good,satisfaction degree of children's family members is high.
