Inventory Management Strategy with Controllable Product Freshness under Permissible Delay in Payments

研究了上游企业允许销售商延期支付情况下销售商投入一定的资金来减缓产品新鲜度下降的库存管理策略。证明了在一定条件下存在唯一的最优单位时间投入资金和最优订购周期,并设计一个算法求解最优解。算例结果表明销售商投入资金来减缓产品新鲜度下降是有益的,文章最后对库存系统主要参数做了分析,结果显示不同参数对库存系统的变化影响各不相同。

An inventory management strategy under permissible delay in payments was studied,in which the seller invested a certain amount of capital to slow down the decline in product freshness.It was proved that there was a unique optimal unit time investment capital and ordering period under certain conditions,and an algorithm was designed to solve the optimal solution. The numerical examples show that it is beneficial for the seller to invest a certain amount of capital to slow down the decline in product freshness.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the main parameters was carried out,which shows that different parameters have different effects on the inventory system.
