民族院校双语法学实践教学的现状、问题与出路——基于三所高校的案例分析 被引量:2

摘要 双语法律人才在推动民族地区法治进程、实现依法治国方面发挥着重要作用。民汉双语教学是民族院校培养和塑造人才的重要手段。法学是一门兼具专业性与实践性的学科,实践教学在法律人才的培养中意义重大。本研究以中央民族大学、西南民族大学、西北民族大学这三所开设双语法学(本科)教育的民族院校为案例,通过对其双语法学实习基地的考察,检视和剖析了其在师资、教材、教学方法、课程设置等方面的问题。在此基础上,从政策保障、教材编写、教学方式、教学评价四个方面提出对策建议:明确培养目标,保障师资力量,编写成体系、分层次、适用于学历教育的教材;完善教学计划,增加观摩性内容,增加实习时长,利用翻译软件辅助实习;引入多元教育评价标准等,完善民族院校双语法学实践教学。 Bilingual law professionals play an important role in promoting the process of rule of law in ethnic areas and realizing the administering a country according to law.Bilingual teaching is an important means to train and cultivate professionals in ethnic universities.The science of law is a professional and practical subject,and practical teaching is of great significance in the cultivation of law majored professionals.This study takes the three ethnic colleges and universities in China including the Minzu University of China,the Southwest Minzu University and the Northwest Minzu University as typical cases,and examines and analyzes their problems in teaching materials,teaching methods and curriculum design through the investigation of their bilingual law education.On this basis,the article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects including policy insurance,textbook compilation,teaching method and teaching evaluation as follows:to clarify the training goal,guarantee the teacher resources,compile teaching material which is systematic,stratified,suitable for the education of academic background;to improve the teaching plan,increase the observation content,increase time for internship program,and use the translation software to assist internship;to introduce the multiple education evaluation standard and improve the bilingual law practice teaching in the ethnic colleges and universities.
