摘要
使用二次离子质谱方法研究了近α型钛合金Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo中α相和β相中以及裂纹尖端氢的分布规律.结果表明,氢质量浓度小于100×10^(-6)时,未形成氢化物,氢在β相中的含量高于其在α相中的含量.氢倾向于在裂纹尖端富集,富集区尺寸略小于裂纹尖端的塑性变形区尺寸.
Here is studied the distribution of hydrogen in the alpha phase and beta phase in the near alpha titanium alloy Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1 Mo and the hydrogen distribution in the crack tip by using secondary ion mass spectroscopy(SIMS).It is found that when the mass concentration of hydrogen is below 100×10^(-6),no hydrides are observed,and the content of hydrogen in beta phase is higher than that in alpha phase.Hydrogen is inclined to concentrate at the crack tip,and the size of the concentrated zone is a little smaller than that of the plastic deformation zone in the crack tip.
