Research on TC4 Residual Titanium Recycling Technology with the Electron Beam Cold Hearth Melting with the Power of 3600 kW

摘要 采用EBCHR 6/200/3600型3 600 kW大功率电子束冷床熔炼炉,研究了使用100%残钛料一次EB熔炼制备TC4钛合金扁锭的生产工艺,并结合工业化生产实践,对工艺可行性进行了分析.结果表明:通过控制布料方法及成分配比,制定合理的熔炼工艺,控制Al元素挥发率,可以生产出符合国家标准要求的TC4钛合金EB扁锭. Based on the electron beam cold hearth melting(EB)of EBCHR 6/200/3600 with the power of 3600 kW,the production technology of TC4 titanium alloy slab ingot with the 100%residual titanium material by one time Eb smelting is studied,and the feasibility is analyzed by comparing with production practice of industrialization.The results show that when the material method,the ratio of ingredients and the volatilization rate of Al element are well controlled and the smelting process is reasonable,TC4 titanium alloy EB slab ingot according with national standard could be produced.
