摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱-高分辨飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-QTOF MS)技术对抗宫炎方主要化学成分进行精确分子量定性分析,对不同类型对照品质谱裂解规律进行研究。方法采用电喷雾(electrospray ionization,ESI)正、负离子电离模式对抗宫炎方化学成分进行扫描,基于高分辨数据和二级质谱信息对抗宫炎方化学成分进行全面表征。结果在抗宫炎方中鉴定出70个化合物,包括20种皂苷类化合物,21种黄酮苷元及黄酮苷,15种生物碱,14种萜类及其内酯。结论该方法可以对抗宫炎方的化学成分进行快速全面的定性分析,为抗宫炎方药效物质基础研究提供了可靠的数据参考。
Objective To identify the main chemical constituents by UHPLC-QTOF MS,and to study the fragmentation pathway of standards.Methods The MS spectra were acquired in both positive and negative ion mode.The chemical constituents were quickly characterized by high resolution data and fragmentation of mass spectrometry.Results Total of 70 components of the formula were identified,including 20 glycosides,21 flavonoids,15 alkaloids,and 14 terpenoids.Conclusion The method can be used for rapid and comprehensive qualitative analysis of the chemical constituents of Kanggongyan formula,which provides references for the basic research of Kanggongyan formula.
