蒲地蓝消炎口服液活性成分作用机制的网络药理学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过网络药理学方法研究蒲地蓝消炎口服液的潜在成分、作用靶点及其作用机制,探讨其多成分-多靶点-多通路的作用机制。方法利用已公开的数据库中收集蒲地蓝消炎口服液的潜在成分,并预测和筛选潜在成分的潜在靶点,并构建"草药-潜在成分-潜在靶点"。然后对潜在靶点进行基因功能富集分析、通路分析及其相关疾病分析,并构建"潜在靶点-通路-疾病"网络结构来阐明蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗多种疾病的作用机制。结果与结论筛选出了蒲地蓝消炎口服液的22个潜在成分,经过草药-成分-靶点网络分析,发现22个潜在成分通过12条主要信号通路作用于RXRA、AR、NCOA2和HSP90AA1等15个潜在靶点。从而发挥治疗感染、银屑病、手足口病和癌症的作用。体现了蒲地蓝消炎口服液多成分、多靶点的作用特点,为阐述其治疗疾病的作用机制提供科学依据。 Objective To study the potential components,targets and mechanisms of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid by network pharmacological method,and to discuss its multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway mechanism.Methods Potential components of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid were collected from published databases,and potential targets of potential components were predicted and screened,and"Herbal-Potential Components-Potential Targets"was constructed.Then the potential targets were analyzed by gene function enrichment,pathway analysis and related diseases analysis,and the"potential target-pathway-disease"network structure was constructed to clarify the mechanism of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in treating various diseases.Results and Conclusion 22 potential components of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid were screened out.Through herbal medicine component target network analysis,22 potential components were found to act on 15 potential targets such as RXRA,AR,NCOA2 and HSP90 AA1 through 12 main signal pathways.So as to play a role in the treatment of infection,psoriasis,hand foot mouth disease and cancer.It reflects the multi-component and multi-target characteristics of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid,and provides scientific basis for the mechanism of its treatment of diseases.
