心境障碍与GSK-3的相关性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖原合成酶激酶-3(GSK-3)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。本文从GSK-3参与的信号通路、GSK-3的上游调节因子、下游底物以及与双相情感障碍和抑郁障碍之间的联系展开综述。
