The influence of mindfulness therapy on the interpersonal relationship and empathy ability of college students with mobile phone-dependent

摘要 目的研究正念疗法对手机依赖大学生的人际关系及共情能力的影响。方法选取我校2019年1月~2020年1月期间存在手机依赖的大学生800名作为本次研究的主体对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各400例。对照组学生给予一般干预,观察组学生给予采用正念疗法。观察分析两组学生干预前后手机依赖指数量表(MPAI)评分、孤独量表(UCLA)评分、五因素心智觉知度量表(FFMQ)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及人际关系综合诊断量表评分和中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)评分。结果观察组干预后MPAI评分、UCLA评分和SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),FFMQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后交际困扰、交谈困扰、异性困扰、待人接物困扰评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后观点采择、同情关怀、幻想力、个人痛苦评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正念疗法能提升手机依赖大学生的正念水平,缓解其焦虑情绪,降低大学生的孤独感与手机依赖度,进一步改善其人际关系,提高共情能力,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the influence of mindfulness therapy on the interpersonal relationship and empathy ability of college students with mobile phone-dependent. Methods A total of 800 college students with mobile phone-dependent in our school from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(400 cases)and an observation group(400 cases)by the digital table method. The control group received general intervention,and the observation group received mindfulness therapy. The mobile phone dependence index(MPAI)score,the loneliness scale(UCLA)score,the five-factor mental perception scale(FFMQ)score,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and the comprehensive diagnostic interpersonal relationship scale score and the chinese version of the interpersonal response indicator scale(IRI-C)scorebetween the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results After intervention,MPAI,UCLA and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and FFMQ score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of communication disturbance,conversation disturbance,opposite-sex disturbance and interpersonal interaction disturbance and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of viewpoint selection,sympathy and care,fantasy,personal pain and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness therapy can improve the level of mindfulness in college students with mobile phone-dependent,relieve their anxiety,reduce their loneliness and dependence on mobile phones,further improve their interpersonal relationships,improve their empathy ability,which is worthy of clinical application.
