长链非编码RNA与哮喘中气道平滑肌细胞关系的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸,无编码蛋白质功能的RNA分子。lncRNA主要在转录、转录后、翻译以及表观遗传学水平参与基因表达调控,广泛地参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、迁移、衰老及代谢等各种生命过程,其表达与机体的正常发育及人类的很多疾病的发生密切相关。哮喘是一种以气道炎症、气道高反应性和气道重塑为特征的慢性疾病。研究发现,lncRNA在哮喘的发生发展过程中起重要作用。该文对lncRNA与哮喘中气道平滑肌细胞关系的研究进展作一综述。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)refers to a glass of RNA molecule with a length greater than 200 nucleotides that does not have the function of coding proteins.LncRNA is mainly involved in gene expression regulation at the transcription,post-transcription,translation and epigenetic levels,and is widely involved in various life processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,migration,aging and metabolism.Its expression is closely related to the normal development of the body and the occurrence of many human diseases.Asthma is a chronic disease characterized by airway inflammation,airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling.LncRNA plays an important role in the development of asthma.This paper reviews the relationship between lncRNA and airway smooth muscle cells in asthma.
