达格列净联合百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL、MCP-1水平的影响

Effects of Dapagliflozin combined with Bailing capsule on serum NGAL and McP-1 level in diabetic nephropathy patients

目的:探讨达格列净联合百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年10月本校附属医院接受治疗的87例糖尿病肾病患者,根据用药不同进行分组,将常规治疗者纳入对照组(29例),将增加百令胶囊者纳入实验A组(29例),将增加达格列净及百令胶囊者纳入实验B组(29例)。比较治疗前、治疗2个月后3组患者血肌酐、24 h尿白蛋白排泄率、血清NGAL、MCP-1水平。结果:治疗前3组患者血肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率、血清NGAL、MCP-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3组患者血肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率、血清NGAL、MCP-1水平均降低,且实验B组<实验A组<对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者使用达格列净联合百令胶囊治疗,可改善患者肾功能及血清NGAL、MCP-1水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Dapagliflozin combined with Bailing capsule on serum NGAL and McP-1 level in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:87 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received treatment in our affiliated hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to different drug use,the patients receiving conventional treatment were included in the control group(29 cases),patients receiving additional Bailing capsules were included in experimental group A(29 cases),and the patients receiving additional Daglijing and Bailing capsules were included in experimental group B(29 cases).Serum creatinine,24 h urinary albumin excretion rate,serum NGAL and McP-1 levels among the three group were compared before treatment and 2 months after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistical differences of serum creatinine,24 h urinary albumin excretion rate,serum NGAL and McP-1 levels among the three group(P>0.05);after treatment,they all reduced in the three groups,among which,Group B<Group A<the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In diabetic nephropathy patients,Dapagliflozin combined with Bailing capsule treatment can improve the renal function,serum NGAL and McP-1 levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
