化痰祛瘀通络汤辅助治疗老年痰瘀互结证冠心病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction on senile coronary heart disease complicated with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome

目的:探究化痰祛瘀通络汤辅助治疗老年痰瘀互结证冠心病的治疗效果。方法:选取老年痰瘀互结证冠心病患者125例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用化痰祛瘀通络汤,对比两组患者的临床疗效、心肌灌注情况、抗氧化指标以及药物安全性。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组MIA和放射性分布异常积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀通络汤能够提高老年痰瘀互结证冠心病的治疗效果,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.Methods:125 senile coronary heart disease with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with rosuvastatin,while the observation group were added with eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,myocardial perfusion,antioxidant indexes and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);MIA and abnormal radioactive distribution scores were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);MDA level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and SOD level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction can improve the treatment effect of senile coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome without increasing adverse reactions.
