芍药甘草汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Effects of peony and licorice decoction combined with lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨芍药甘草汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年8月本院收治的96例CHB患者,依据治疗方案不同将其分成对照组(45例),采用拉米夫定治疗;观察组(51例),采用芍药甘草汤联合拉米夫定治疗。比较两组治疗1年后临床疗效、治疗前及治疗1年后肝功能指标[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组AST、ALT、TBIL水平低于对照组,且两组上述指标水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CHB患者采用芍药甘草汤联合拉米夫定治疗,效果确切,可有效改善患者肝功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of peony and licorice decoction combined with lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:96 patients with CHB admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively collected,and they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and observation group(51 cases)according to different treatment schemes.The control group received lamivudine treatment,while the observation group were treated with lamivudine combined with peony and licorice decoction.Then,the clinical efficacy and liver function indexes,including aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL),were compared between the two groups one year after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which was of statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of AST,ALT and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the levels of the above indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of CHB patients with peony and licorice decoction combined with lamivudine has exact effect and can effectively improve the liver function of patients.
