宫腔镜电切术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片对子宫内膜息肉患者子宫内膜厚度及血清性激素水平的影响

Effects of hysteroscopic surgery combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on endometrial thickness and serum sex hormone levels in patients with endometrial polyps

目的:探究宫腔镜电切术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片对子宫内膜息肉患者子宫内膜厚度及血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选取105例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(53例)和对照组(52例)。对照组在宫腔镜下实施子宫内膜息肉电切术,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上术后给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗3个月的临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、血清性激素水平[血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)]以及术后并发症(盆腔炎、宫颈粘连、息肉复发)。结果:治疗3个月后,试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组子宫内膜厚度低于对照组(P<0.05),两组E2、LH和FSH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组盆腔炎、宫颈粘连和息肉复发发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜电切术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片通过降低子宫内膜息肉患者子宫内膜厚度来提高治疗效果,减少并发症,且不显著影响血清性激素水平。

Objective:To investigate the effects of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on endometrial thickness and serum sex hormone levels in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods:105 cases of endometrial polyp patients were randomized into the experimental group(53 cases)and control group(52 cases).The controls underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy of endometrial polyps,and the experimental group received postoperative treatment with piperosone ethinylestradiol tablets on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Then,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients treated for 3 months,the serum sex hormone level of endometrial thickness[serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)]and postoperative complications(pelvic inflammation,cervical adhesion and recurrence of polyps)were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months’treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in E2,LH and FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of pelvic inflammation,cervical adhesion and polyp recurrence in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce complications by reducing the endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial polyps,and does not significantly affect the serum sex hormone levels.
