补阳还五汤联合艾灸对缺血性中风患者中医证候积分及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction and moxibustion on TCM syndrome score and hemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合艾灸对缺血性中风患者中医证候积分及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取缺血性中风患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用艾灸治疗,观察组采用补阳还五汤联合艾灸治疗,记录两组中医证候积分和血液流变学指标,并进行对比。结果:两组治疗后中医证候积分比较,观察组较低,两组治疗后血液流变学比较,观察组各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合艾灸治疗缺血性中风,可调节患者生命体征,改善血液流变学,减轻临床症状。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with moxibustion on TCM syndrome score and hemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: 80 patients with ischemic stroke were randomized into 2 groups, each with 40 cases. The control group received moxibustion treatment, while the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with moxibustion. The TCM syndrome score and hemorheology index of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results: Comparing the TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment, it was lower for the observation group. And the hemorheology indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with moxibustion can regulate the patient’s vital signs, improve blood rheology and relieve clinical symptoms of patients.
