微创拔牙治疗下颌阻生牙的效果分析

Effects of minimally invasive tooth extraction on patients with mandibular impacted teeth

目的:探讨下颌阻生牙患者采用微创拔牙治疗后手术时间、出血量及疼痛症状的影响。方法:选取下颌阻生牙患者134例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组应用传统拔牙术治疗,研究组应用微创拔牙治疗。结果:研究组手术时间、肿胀程度、出血量、张口受限程度以及拔牙窝完整度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后24h、3d以及1周时疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后各时间段患者SAS评分得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于下颌阻生牙患者采用微创拔牙治疗,可有效缩短患者手术时间,降低出血量,很大程度地缓解患者术后疼痛情况,且具有更高的安全性,改善患者心理状态。

Objective: To investigate the effects of minimally invasive tooth extraction on the operation time, blood loss and pain symptoms in patients with mandibular impacted teeth. Methods: A total of 134 patients with impacted mandibular teeth were randomized into two groups. The control group were received traditional tooth extraction, while minimally invasive surgery was performed for the study group. Results: The scores of operation time, swelling, bleeding, restricted mouth opening and completeness of extraction socket in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pain scores in the study group at 24 h, 3 days and 1 week after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SAS scores of patients at different periods of time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with impacted mandibular teeth, the minimally invasive tooth extraction treatment can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, relieve the postoperative pain to a great extent. Besides, it has higher safety and can improve the psychological state of patients.
