甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

Effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with gamma globulin on the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease

目的:探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选取手足口病患儿82例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各41例。对照组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加丙种球蛋白静脉滴注治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后临床疗效及皮疹、发热、神经系统疾病时表现消退时间。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,皮疹、发热、神经系统疾病时表现消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿手足口病,可提高临床疗效,缩短患儿皮疹、发热、神经系统疾病时表现消退时间。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: A total of 82 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomized into 2 groups, each with 41 cases. The control group were given intravenous infusion of methylprednisolone sodium succinate, while the observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of gamma globulin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, and time of regression of rash, fever and neurological diseases were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the time for rash, fever, and neurological disease to disappear was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease with methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with gamma globulin can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the time for the symptoms of rash, fever and neurological diseases to disappear.
